Pranay Dewani

(any pronouns) is a writer, editor, and culture enthusiast currently based in Delhi. They work at queerbeat on partnerships and community-building, and are usually curious about the stories hiding in everyday things. Outside work, they can be found reading, collecting books and zines, wandering through exhibitions, and going down very specific cultural rabbit holes.

They also run @chair.envy, a growing dossier of chairs and their (it)stories, assembled from books, magazines, archives, photographs, and other archival materials. Part design history, part detective work, and part an unreasonable fascination with things we sit on.
